Google to finance installation of rooftop solar power

In a plan to increase the use of solar power, big G is moving forward with a plan to outfit homes with solar power without the huge upfront costs. The plan is for Google, the investor, to install solar rooftops and then the homeowner would pay for the use of the solar power on a monthly basis and they calculate that the cost should amount to less than your usual electricity bill.
